After a significant snowfall, gutters and leaders tend to get jam packed with ice and snow and can cause havoc with backup leaks on many residential roofs.  Stanley & Orke provides a snow and ice removal service to clear snow and ice from the problem areas which can help relieve the leaks and prevent further damage.

Commercial flat roofs and low slope residential roofs tend to hold large amounts of snow and ice during the winter.  If the snow becomes too heavy, it can lead to damage or even a roof collapse.  Stanley & Orke’s snow removal service will remove all snow from drains & roof edges, shovel channels to the drains or gutters to help the melting process, or complete snow and ice removal if necessary.

We offer various types of maintenance programs for commercial and residential roofs.  Some programs will be sold with a term warranty for the maintenance work performed.
